Your Consultation
Your first visit to The Face will be your free consultation with our clinician*. This consultation will take about 40 minutes. On arrival at the clinic, you will be offered a drink and seated in our waiting room which is discreetly tucked away out of view from the front of the clinic. We will ask you to fill in your details, medical history and consultation consent forms on our IPad. Rest assured all information will be kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
You will be introduced to your clinician who will then carry out your consultation in one of our private treatment rooms. During this consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss the look that you want to achieve and there will be plenty of time to ask all the questions you need. Our clinician will listen to you and give you honest feedback and advice. We will provide you with treatment options and a quote. During the consultation we will also explain the treatment procedures, any risks, side effects or contraindications so you can make an informed decision on whether you would like to go ahead with the treatment. You will not be pressurised to make a decision during the consultation and we encourage all our clients to have a period of consideration before proceeding with treatments.
*A £40 deposit is required at the time of booking, redeemable against treatments or products. Refundable if treatment doesn’t go ahead or 24 hours notice given for cancellation.
