Microneedling uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries. These micro-injuries trigger the body’s natural wound-healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production.

Electroporation applies short, low-level electrical pulses to the skin during microneedling. These pulses temporarily open the cell membranes. This allows mesoline serums or exosomes (whichever is best suited and discussed with you by the skin therapist) to pass through the skin barrier and into the deeper layers.
