Skin Boosters

Skin boosters are generally hyaluronic acid based solutions that are injected to improve appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in specific areas, such as under the eyes and smokers lines

What are Skin Boosters?
Injectable skin boosters are generally hyaluronic acid based solutions that are injected into the skin to improve the appearance of skin on your face, by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They provide optimal results due to their ability to work from the inside out, stimulating your body to make its own collagen and elastin.

Hyaluronic acid is used as it’s a potent natural moisturising factor naturally found in skin, muscle and joints. Its ability to draw 1000 times its own weight in water into the skin makes it ideal for binding and retaining water molecules.

Skin Boosters are ideal for use in specific areas of the face such as:

1. Forehead
2. Crows Feet
3. Under the Eyes
4. Smoker lines
5. Hands
6. Décolletage
7. Neck

Which Skin Booster is best for me?
Here at The Face, we use different skin boosters, according to your areas of concern. Everyone is different and everyone will suit a different skin booster.

Viscoderm Hydrobooster
We are delighted to be one of the first clinics to offer Hydroboosters to our clients. Developed by IBSA, who produce Profhilo, Hydraboosters offer a dual effect of hydration and stretching on superficial wrinkles. Ideal for treating crows feet, forehead and perioral lines. Reduces the effects of skin ageing and wrinkling as an alternative to toxin anti-wrinkle injections.

We recommend two treatments, 2 months apart

Sunekos
Sunekos is an injectable treatment that targets specific areas of concern including dark circles under the eyes and “smokers lines” above the lips. A patented formula of Hyaluronic Acid and Amino Acids, it stimulates the production of Collagen and Elastin, enabling Extra Cellular Matrix regeneration and restoring the skins natural elasticity and volume.

Sunekos is a course of 3 treatments, 2 weeks apart
